Jobs – Deputy Pre-School Manager

Job purpose – The Deputy Pre School Manager will assist the Manager in delivering the highest quality of care and curriculum in line with Ofsted guidelines. They will inspire our customers by delivering an exciting, child-led, play based curriculum utilising the outdoors where-ever possible. They will also be expected to assist the Manager in identifying areas of development and work in cooperation with them, with a view to creating an outstanding Pre School.

Hours of work 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30 – 15:00, term time only

Salary  £11,521.58 per annum (approximately £9.09 per hour) FTE £15,362.10 plus holiday pay.

Location YMCA Merstham Hub Pre School

Annual Leave – 4 weeks to be taken during school holidays, plus bank holidays. Holidays increase after 2 years service to a maximum of 5 weeks pro-rata after 6 years service.
