Job purpose – YMCA East Surrey is looking to recruit enthusiastic, motivated individuals to lead and provide play opportunities for children in the community at our Redhill centres within term time at After School Club.
Hours of work – 16.25 hours a week term time only, Monday – Friday 14:45 – 18:00
Pay Rate – £15,163.20 – £15,600 FTE plus holiday pay, dependant on age
Location – Sports and Community Centre, Redhill
Annual Leave – 4 weeks’ holiday (pro–rata) plus bank holidays. Due to the nature of the role, holiday is to be taken in school holidays. The holiday year runs from 1 April – 31 March. An incremental increase applies with service and commences after 2 years completed service. A maximum of 5 weeks’ annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata) is available after 6 years’ service.
