Job purpose – To have overall responsibility of the day to day running of the new YMCA Merstham Hub Pre School. This will include overseeing staffing levels, planning and implementation of the EYFS.
The role will cover office administration and finance of all Pre-School activities, to manage effective staff recruitment, supervision and training requirements of staff, and planning and preparation of activities to develop all aspects of the child’s individual development in a stimulating and exciting environment.
Hours of work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:15– 16:15 for 41 weeks per year. This compromises 39 weeks during term time plus an additional 10 days as and when during the year for administration.
Salary £20,500 – £22,471.15 depending on experience (£26,000 – £28,500 FTE) plus holiday pay

Annual Leave – 5 weeks to be taken during school holidays, plus bank holidays. Holidays increase after 2 years service to a maximum of 6 weeks pro-rata after 6 years service.
