Job purpose – YMCA East Surrey is looking to recruit an experienced and motivated individual to deliver Youth Led Short Break services for young people with complex needs and disabilities during school holidays and Saturday term time. Short Breaks services provide young people with disabilities enjoyable experiences away from their primary carers, which contributes to their personal and social development and reduces social isolation.
Hours of work – School Holidays -Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm (40 hours per week) for up to 6 weeks of the year, depending on scheme.
Term Time 3 out of 4 Saturdays on a 4-week rota basis, 9.30am to 5.30pm.
Plus up to 4 hours admin per week.
A job share would also be considered.
Salary £11 per hour.
Location – Posts available across Surrey in Reigate & Banstead, Tandridge, Mole Valley or Epsom & Ewell.
Annual Leave – 4 weeks pro rata plus bank holidays. This will be discussed at interview. Holidays increase after 2 years’ service to a maximum of 5 weeks’ pro-rata after 6 years’ service.

There is free parking available and the YMCA operates a Bike to Work Scheme.
