Whether you want to keep fit, lose weight, tone up or have fun – we have a fitness class to suit all levels and abilities. Classes are based at the YMCA Sports and Community Centre in Redhill and are open to members and non members.

More than a gym…

A YMCA fitness memberships helps to support our other charitable work in the community through our disability projects, supported housing and youth work.

Crèche and short stay childcare

Y-Tots Crèche runs Monday to Friday from 09:15-11:15 throughout the year giving under 5’s a fun and safe place to play while you work out. 

Older children (reception class to age 12) can attend Y-Kids Drop In giving you time to enjoy a workout during the school holidays
