A 10 week weight management course that can help you lose weight and keep it off for good.
Our group sessions will help you develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to manage your weight more effectively. During the course, we will combine weigh-ins, healthy living advice and physical exercise sessions.
Free access to gym and fitness classes
To help physical exercise become an enjoyable part of your healthy lifestyle, we include free access to our gym and fitness classes for the duration of the course, giving you the chance to try out a variety of exercise styles to find the one that suits you.
Who can attend?
Men and women (18+) with a BMI over 26 who are motivated and can commit to the ten week course.

£59 for the 10 week course (includes free access to gym and fitness classes) for non members (including basic and basic consession).
£49 for existing YMCA premium members.
