Jobs – Challenge Events Fundraising Administrator

Job Purpose: Provide first line fundraising support and assistance to challenge event participants and to help the Challenge Events team reach their fundraising targets using the new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.  Also you will take a lead in maintaining a comprehensive bookings system by managing its data and monitoring payments to ensure the smooth running of the Challenge Events programme. 

Hours of Work: 15 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday and Friday either 09:30 – 14:30 or  10:00 – 15:00.

Salary £19,884.80 FTE (£7,456.80 pro rata for 15 hours per week)

Location YMCA Sports and Community Centre, Redhill

Annual Leave – Four weeks (pro-rata) plus bank holidays. Holidays increase after two years service to a maximum of five weeks pro-rata after six years service. The holiday year runs from 1 April to 31 March each year

There is free parking available at YMCA East Surrey sites and YMCA East Surrey operates a Bike to Work Scheme.
