Job Purpose – YMCA East Surrey is recruiting 2 x experienced Maintenance Workers to ensure all remedial maintenance is carried out within the Association, undertaking health & safety and caretaker tasks. The Maintenance Worker will liaise with the Facilities Manager on preventative, remedial and planned maintenance ensuring that a good standard of service is given to service users, employees and visitors
Hours of work – 24-32 hours per week, between the hours of 08:00 – 18:00 (to be discussed at interview)
Location – YMCA East Surrey sites across Redhill and Reigate
Salary – £21,424 per annum FTE, (£12,854.40 – £17,139.20 pro rata)
Annual Leave – 4 weeks’ pro-rata plus bank holidays. Holidays increase after 2 years’ service to a maximum of 5 weeks’ pro-rata after 6 years’ service.
