Job purpose – To oversee the development, coordination and delivery of YMCA birthday parties. To take responsibility for the running and security of the YMCA Sovereign Centre when required, and deal with any issues efficiently and appropriately.
Hours of work – 20 hours per week.
Saturdays – 09:00-17:00
Sundays – 09:00-17:00
4 hours party admin and planning time – this can be flexible within our opening hours and can be discussed at interview stage
Pay Rate – £11,110 per annum (£22,220 FTE or £10.68 per hour)
Location – YMCA Sovereign Centre, Reigate
Annual Leave – Four weeks (pro-rata) plus bank holidays. Holidays increase after two years’ service to a maximum of five weeks pro-rata after six years’ service. The holiday year runs from 1 April to 31 March each year.

There is free parking available at the YMCA Sports & Community Centre, Redhill & YMCA Sovereign Centre, Reigate. YMCA East Surrey also operates a Bike to Work Scheme.
