YMCA East Surrey is looking for a highly motivated person to manage our Ofsted Outstanding rated After School and Holiday Clubs in Redhill and Reigate. Job purpose: To manage the After School and Holiday Club services within YMCA East Surrey's Children’s Services department including ensuring high quality of services and looking into development of these services.
Hours of work: Monday- Friday 10:15-18:15 Sometimes the post holder will need to be flexible with hours in order to meet the requirements of the service especially during school holidays.
Location: YMCA Sports and Community Centre, Redhill with some work required at YMCA Sovereign Centre, Reigate
Salary / pay rate: From £27,000 + dependent on qualifications and experience
Annual leave: Five weeks plus bank holidays. Holidays increase after two years service to a maximum of six weeks pro-rata after six years service. The holiday year runs from 1 April to 31 March each year. Annual leave is not usually authorised for school holiday periods.
