Job purpose: To offer play opportunities with the child/young person at the centre during After School Club. To provide support and offer each child/young person stimulus in a creative and appropriate play environment considering current play values.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 14:45 – 18:15 during term time only
Location: YMCA Sports & Community Centre, Redhill
Salary / pay rate: £11,356.80 – £17,076.80 FTE depending on age (£4,127.76 – £6,206.76 including holiday pay pro rata for 17.5 hours over 39 weeks – an average of 13.12 hours per week) Overtime is expected to be available during school holidays
Annual leave: Four weeks plus bank holidays. Holidays increase after two years service to a maximum of five weeks pro-rata after six years service. The holiday year runs from 1 April to 31 March each year. Due to the nature of the role, annual leave is to be taken during school holidays.
