Assistant Youth Worker (as and when) | Reigate

Do you have experience working with young people in a detached youth work setting and are able to relate to young people? Are you looking for a few hours work to fit around other commitments? This role could be for you.

Job purpose: Delivering youth services activities for 10–18 year olds in East Surrey. Assist in the implementation of detached youth work, ESCAPE holiday activities, and centre-based youth work.

Hours of work: As and when required. Sessions run Monday - Friday for 3 hours, starting and ending between 3.30pm and 9.30pm.

Location: This role is based from the YMCA Sovereign Centre, Reigate but delivery is required across the Reigate and Banstead Borough Council area, including Redhill, Reigate, Tadworth, Merstham and Horley.

Salary / pay rate: £8.61 per hour for 18 – 22 year olds & £9.19 per hour for 23+ year olds. In addition, you will receive 12.07% holiday pay for each shift worked.
