This brand new role supports our Short Breaks team which is based in Reigate and delivers across East Surrey.
Job purpose: To work within a leading charitable organisation to support us to provide high quality, fully inclusive Short Break settings for children and young people with developmental disabilities and/or mental health needs.
Hours of work: 20 hours per week (days to be discussed at interview) but there is an expectation that you will be available during term time Saturdays. This is a three year, fixed term post.
Location: To be based from YMCA Sovereign Centre, Reigate but also supporting our teams accross Epsom & Ewell, Mole Valley, Tandridge and Crawley.
Salary / pay rate: £28,450 per annum FTE (£14,255 pro-rata for 20 hours per week).
Annual leave: four weeks (pro-rata) plus bank holidays. Holidays increase after two years service to a maximum of five weeks pro-rata after six years service. The holiday year runs from 1 April to 31 March each year. Due to the nature of the role holiday needs to be taken in term time
