Hours of work: Full time 40 hours per week (including one hour’s unpaid lunchbreak each day) including at one evening per week and one Saturday a month (with associated time off in lieu) with some flexibility required to attend meetings or events on weekends as required
Location: Reigate, Surrey
Salary / pay rate: £38,000 - £41,000 per annum depending on qualifications and experience
Annual leave: Five weeks plus bank holidays. Holidays increase after two years’ service to a maximum of six weeks’ pro-rata after six years’ service. The holiday year runs from 1 April to 31 March each year.
Benefits: The post holder will be entitled to free use of the YMCA East Surrey fitness centre in Redhill and half price YMCA childcare for dependents. There is free parking available at the Princes Road site and YMCA East Surrey also operates a Bike to Work Scheme.
