Job purpose: To work within a leading charitable organisation to support us to provide high quality, fully inclusive Short Break settings for children and young people with complex health needs and developmental disabilities.
Hours of work: 20 hours per week (days to be discussed at interview). Our schemes run on term time Saturdays and during school holidays and there is a requirement to support these schemes whilst they are running. This is a three-year fixed term contract.
Location: To be based from YMCA Sovereign Centre, Reigate but also supporting our teams accross Epsom & Ewell, Mole Valley, Tandridge and Crawley.
Salary / pay rate: £31,930 FTE equivalent Band 5/6 (pro-rata for 20 hours per week, £15,965).
Annual leave: Four weeks (pro-rata) plus bank holidays. Holidays increase after two years service to a maximum of five weeks pro-rata after six years service. The holiday year runs from 1 April to 31 March each year.
Benefits: The post holder will be entitled to free use of the YMCA East Surrey fitness centre in Redhill and half price YMCA childcare for dependents. There is free parking available at YMCA Sovereign Centre. YMCA East Surrey also operates a Bike to Work Scheme.
