Pre-school SEN Practitioner & After School Club Playworker (term-time) | Reigate

Job purpose: We are seeking to appoint a highly effective, caring, enthusiastic and experienced practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team at YMCA. This role will be working in our preschool in the afternoon specifically supporting children with 1:1 requirements aged 2-4 and then working on our afterschool club with children aged 4-11. The right candidate will have a passion for working with children and be seeking the opportunity to support a variety of children to reach their full potential.

Hours of work: Term time 29 hours per week - Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 11:30-17:00 | Tuesdays and Fridays 11:30-18:15 (with half hour break). There are also opportunities for hours in the school holidays if looking at making this a year round post.

Location: Reigate, Surrey

Salary / pay rate: Will vary depending on age - between £6.35 and £9.56 per hour.

Annual leave: Four weeks (pro-rata) plus bank holidays to be taken during school holidays when your attendance at work is not required. Holidays increase after two years service to a maximum of five weeks pro-rata after six years service. The holiday year runs from 1 April to 31 March each year.
