Job purpose: An opportunity to join our wonderful, community focused preschool at Merstham Community Hub, which was recently graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted. We are looking for someone who is experienced and passionate about working in Early Years to join our caring and committed team. The expected start date for this role is 1st Oct 2022
Hours of work: 32 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30 to 15:00 (Half hour break each day)
Location: Merstham, Surrey
Salary / pay rate: Level 3 Qualified - £9.81 per hour
Annual leave: Four weeks (pro-rata) plus bank holidays to be taken during school holidays when your attendance at work is not required. Holidays increase after two years service to a maximum of five weeks pro-rata after six years service. The holiday year runs from 1 April to 31 March each year
Benefits: The post holder will be entitled to free use of the YMCA East Surrey fitness centre in Redhill and half price YMCA childcare for dependents. There is free parking available at the YMCA Sovereign Centre. YMCA East Surrey also operates a Bike to Work Scheme
