Job purpose: To work with children/young people who have complex needs and disabilities across East Surrey. The clubs run during the school term time and during the school holidays. The main purpose of these clubs is to provide short breaks for families with children and young people who have complex needs and disabilities.

Hours of work: 9.00am to 5.00pm on Saturday's during term time only

Location: West Hill School, Leatherhead. Please specify this location in your application form.

Salary / pay rate: £9.45 per hour

Annual leave: 4 weeks’ holiday plus bank holidays (pro–rata) which will be discussed at interview. The holiday year runs from 1 April – 31 March. An incremental increase applies with service and commences after 2 years completed service. A maximum of 5 weeks’ annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata) is available after 6 years’ service.
