Our work with people with disabilities is one of the central parts of what we do here at YMCA East Surrey. This is a great opportunity to support our young adults with disabilities aged 16-30 to undertake opportunities in a variety of disciplines including cooking, sports and gardening.
Job purpose: Providing 1-1 care for young people within the settings and on trips and outings to keep them safe and engaged within the activities. The role will involve working in a range of different settings which provides activities for young people and adults with disabilities
Hours of work: This is a casual / bank role and hours are available Monday - Friday, mainly during working hours with some evenings required
Location: Based from YMCA Sovereign Centre, Reigate with some work in Redhill.
Salary / pay rate: £5.88 - £8.84 per hour, dependent on age
Annual leave: You will be paid at a rate of 12.07% for each shift worked
