Are you level 3 qualified? Do you have knowledge of the wider social impact of “at risk of negative outcomes” on young people, their parents and their families? Do you have experience in working with children, young people and their parents both 1:1 and in groups? The ideal candidate will have fantastic communication skills and be someone who is easily able to build trust and assess the needs and strengths of the client base. Job purpose: To engage with children, young people and their families and deliver a combination of 1:1, group, online and telephone interventions to improve their mental health and wellbeing.
Hours of work: 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm.
Location: Redhill, Surrey
Salary / pay rate: £23,000 - £27,000 per annum dependent on experience and qualifcations.
Annual leave: Four weeks plus bank holidays. Holidays increase after two years service to a maximum of five weeks after six years service. The holiday year runs from 1 April to 31 March each year
