Hi, my name is Ryan, and my training mantra is not to aim to get into shape, it’s never to allow yourself to get out of shape. Yes, life gets in the way, family commitments, work, injury, house moves etc., but move a little every day, some days more than others, but the key is to do something structured every day. Clearly the body needs to rest if you’ve done a heavy gym session, been for a long hike or just completed a 10k PB, but movement is key, not only for physical, but mental health.
I specialise in kettlebell conditioning, mobility training, posterior chain and foundation strengthening. Whether these training methods are familiar to you or not, I can help you to move better and to become stronger and leaner empowering you to reach your training goals, whatever they may be.
A little about me: I love the outdoors, and try to spend as much time in it as possible, so in my spare time you’ll mostly find me in the woods walking my dog, playing football with my daughter, riding my mountain bike or throwing kettlebells around on my local green!
I have a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science, am a Level 3 Personal Trainer and have over 15 years’ experience in the Health and Fitness industry.
Now throw away the rule book and come train with me!
Drop me an email or grab me in the gym for a quick chat or to arrange a consultation.
