Holiday Clubs

Summer Holiday Club – bookings open!

YMCA East Surrey’s holiday club in Redhill is open to children aged 4* – 12 years. The focus is on having fun in a warm and welcoming environment while learning new skills and enjoying a range of activities including sports, crafts and games. Children have access to our new outdoor play area, a fantastic sports hall and dedicated children’s activity rooms.

Our team of highly trained, experienced and friendly staff ensure that children have a time to remember. All staff undertake an enhanced DBS check.

* Children aged 4 must be in Reception class, apart from for our pre-Reception sessions (see below).

Fully funded holiday clubs

Find out about our fully funded Holiday Activity & Food (HAF) holiday clubs for children who receive benefit-related free school meals or meet other eligibility criteria.

This is funded through Active Surrey’s Club 4 programme. Our HAF-funded holiday clubs run during Easter, Summer and Christmas school holidays in different locations across East Surrey.

Y-KIDS Holiday Club

Sessions available:

  • Full day until 4pm | 8am to 4pm | £36
  • Full day until 6pm | 8am to 6pm | £42
  • Morning session | 8am to 1pm | £24
  • Afternoon session | 1 to 6pm | £24

Pre-Reception children
Due to high demand, we have opened some sessions this summer for children who will be in Reception class in September 2026 on the following dates:

  • Tuesday 4 & Wednesday 5 August
  • Tuesday 11 and Wednesday 12 August
  • Tuesday 18 and Wednesday 19 August
  • Tuesday 25 and Wednesday 26 August

Sessions run from 9am to 3pm and cost £42.

What to bring
Children need to bring a packed lunch and any spare clothes/coats needed.

Financial support
We are able to provide financial support to attend our Holiday Club for any families who may struggle financially. Find out more about our 1,000 Days of Play funding

Late bookings
Y-Kids Holiday Club bookings made on the day of attendance are subject to availability and an additional £1.50 late booking fee per child.

Y-KIDS at The Old Pheasantry
Summer Holidays

Join us for our popular Y-Kids Holiday Club days for children aged 5-12 at The Old Pheasantry, YMCA East Surrey’s outdoor residential centre. Enjoy a range of activities and fantastic outdoor space.

Monday 3 August
Making ice cream sundaes

Woodland potion making
Soft axe throwing
Bouncy castle

Includes BBQ lunch

Tuesday 1 September
Making s’mores

Timings
09:15-9:30 | Parents drop off at YMCA Sports & Community Centre (Please ensure you arrive by the drop off time to avoid risk of not being able to attend).
16:30 | Pick up from YMCA Sports & Community Centre (unless extended day is booked)

Cost: £44 includes snack and lunch.
Extended day at YMCA Princes Road (drop off from 08:00 and pick up by 18:00) is available for £55.

Other YMCA holiday clubs and activities

Our activity based holiday clubs include football holiday camps at Earlswood Junior School and gymnastics holiday activity days through East Surrey Acrobatics.

For children with additional needs and disabilities, we run specialist holiday play and youth short break clubs. Find out more about Yippee (ages 5-11) and Yip4Youth (ages 12-17).
