Youth Work & Family Services
Support and activities for families and young people
YMCA East Surrey provides family support and community-based services through local Family Centres. Our youth clubs and youth projects help young people to belong, contribute and thrive in their local communities.
Family Centres
YMCA East Surrey Family Centres in Epsom Downs, Horley, Merstham and Mole Valley offer a wide range of activities and services to support family life for parents and carers of children and young people aged 0-18 years (25 with additional needs and disabilities).
Youth Clubs
YMCA youth clubs offer a friendly, relaxed space for young people in school years 6-11. Our youth clubs are free and based in Caterham, Horley, Merstham, Redhill and Reigate.
Y Bus / Street Talk
YMCA East Surrey’s qualified youth workers work in the heart of local communities, engaging young people in their space, with a view to building up a rapport, offering information, advice and guidance.
Emotional Wellbeing & Mental Health
As part of the Mindworks Surrey service, we provide a wide range of services for children, young people and families to help them towards mental and emotional wellbeing, including free counselling, WAVES youth group, and a family wellbeing service.
Beatz Music Project
Beatz is our music-making and recording project in Horley for young people aged 11-18, offering young people an outlet to express their creative minds by performing or producing music.
