Our NextStep project is a professional, free housing service that assists people into private rented housing. We have a growing need for accommodation of all sizes, from single rooms to 4-bedroom houses in the boroughs of Reigate and Banstead, Tandridge District and surrounding areas.
NextStep provides a free service to all landlords and all necessary paperwork required for the tenancy to commence.
What NextStep offers to landlords
We can help you find tenants without any fees to pay or the need to advertise, whilst offering fully supported tenancies and financial security through deposit guarantees.

- Financial security through an initial guarantee deposit bond – in some cases a cash deposit may be available.

What NextStep offers to tenants
NextStep can help you access private rented accommodation if you are looking for housing in the private rented sector and cannot find the deposit and/or in housing need. We provide:
- A free service
- Either a cash deposit or a guarantee bond, depending on landlord’s requirements
- Assistance with all tenancy paperwork
- Liaising directly with the landlord
- Assistance with finding accommodation and visiting properties
- Support and advice throughout your tenancy
- If required, assistance with applying for Universal Credit or Housing Benefit
