Our Face2Face parent support service is pleased to

Our Face2Face parent support service is pleased to host a free in-person information session on Nourishing Neurodivergent Children

Wednesday 22 April 2026
10.30am to 12.30pm
YMCA Sovereign Centre, Reigate RH2 8HA

The session will be led by Sandrine Olmi, a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Certified Mind, Body, Eating Coach who specialises in supporting families of neurodivergent children.

As both a practitioner and a mum of a neurodivergent child, she understands the daily challenges of food refusal, meltdowns, anxiety, and exhaustion.

In this session, she will share evidence-informed guidance on how nutrition can support children’s mood, focus, sleep, digestion, and emotional regulation. Parents will learn simple ways to improve meals and eating habits—even for sensory eaters—along with practical steps to support gut health. The session will also cover how parents can nourish themselves to maintain energy, resilience, and patience.

Our Y Bus will be at Merstham Rec on Tuesday 31 March during the Easter holidays. This mobile youth club on wheels will be staffed by YMCA Youth Workers offering free games, activities and snacks to young people aged 10 to 18.

Well done to all of our Y2Y North Downs Challengers today. Such a perfect day for our walkers and runners who took on a marathon from Guildford or half marathon from Ranmore Common over the North Downs back to Redhill. You all smashed it!

Our Community Wellbeing Team are running a Parent

Our Community Wellbeing Team are running a Parent Support Programme in partnership with @theeikoncharity for parents whose children who are experiencing challenges with their mental health.

The four-week online parenting support group is combined with 1:1 check-ins for up to three months to help support the implementation of tools and strategies covered in the groups. Sessions provide time for parents to ask questions and connect with others in a supportive environment.

The next groups will start on 21 & 22 April and will cover Anxiety, Managing emotions, Effective communication, Positive reinforcement and praise, Active listening & Self-care strategies.

This service offers support to families in the following local authority areas:

Reigate & Banstead / Tandridge - parents/carers with children aged 8 - 18
