YMCA’s youth offer
Our youth-led projects and services work across our five aims to target the different needs of the young people we work with. Young people can access our existing services or we can create a bespoke programme of activities to engage with young people at your premises or our centres.
YMCA East Surrey’s youth services have developed through listening to young people and responding to their needs. Our staff have years of experience in youth work and have built relationships with young people across East Surrey (predominantly in Reigate & Banstead, Mole Valley, Tandridge and Epsom & Ewell), helping them to successfully
transition from childhood to adulthood.
Our comprehensive Health & Safety and Safeguarding policies also underpin all of our work. We enable young people to believe in themselves, support them to achieve their goals and inspire them to be the best they can be.
Street Talk is our extensive detached youth work programme. Working in the heart of local communities engaging young people in their space, with a view to building up rapport, offering information, advice and guidance, as well as offering exciting activities.
