Paris 3-2-1 is our Redhill to Paris cycle challenge with a twist! The option of a 3, 2 or 1 day cycle and is suitable for all abilities especially those new to long distance cycling. The route covers 175 miles of quiet countryside starting at YMCA East Surrey in Redhill (London start option for 1 day ride), finishing at the Eiffel Tower, Paris via Newhaven and Gournay-en-Bray.

Please note: our 2-day event has been cancelled due to ferry times, but you can still join our 1- or 3-day ride.

Mont Ventoux is a regular fixture of the Tour de France and is well known for its arid rocky landscape situated in a beautiful part of Provence. We will be based in the town of Malaucene and spend Saturday and Sunday taking in scenic rides flanking Mont Ventoux, before attempting a choice of 1, 2, or 3 recognised ascents of this classic peak on Monday. This endurance challenge will see you cycling up to 203 miles with up to 23,700ft of ascent.

This event is fully supported by our volunteer team who will provide picnic lunches, tea stops, snacks and refreshments along the way. All bikes and luggage will be brought back by the team after the event ready to collect from the YMCA Sports and Community Centre in Redhill.

Thank you to all Santa Runners who came along on 14 December 2025 to enjoy this festive race! Bookings for next year’s Santa Run on Sunday 13 December will open later in 2026.

Santas of all ages and abilities are invited to spread some festive cheer and run or walk 1 or 3 miles to raise money for YMCA East Surrey.

* If you would prefer not to include a Santa Suit with your booking, you can select not to receive one when registering. As this is a themed run, we do ask that you come dressed in Christmas fancy dress to make sure we keep the festive magic alive!

Just by taking part, you are supporting our charitable work in the community. However, we try to keep our event fees as low as possible. If you are able, please consider further supporting our work by making an additional donation of £10 towards our charitable work by selecting this option when booking.

You may run in the Family 1 Mile with a running buggy (with children over 9 months old). Please keep all dogs on leads during the event, even if spectating.
