Help us fund a new sensory room – all donations doubled from 2-9 December!

Update 9 December 2025:

We are thrilled to announce that, thanks to your incredible support, we’ve raised £5,944 to renew our sensory room at the YMCA Sovereign Centre in Reigate through the Big Give Christmas Challenge!
This money will be combined with our CEO Ian’s impressive fundraising from his Ironman challenge earlier this year to allow us to install new tactile and sensory equipment, creating a safe, soothing environment where children can self-regulate and de-stress.
Thank you for your support!

We’re excited to announce that we’re taking part in the Big Give Christmas Challenge!

For 15 years, our Sensory Room at the YMCA Sovereign Centre has been a calm and engaging space for children with disabilities. Our Yippee and Yip4Youth disability clubs give children a safe, joyful space to explore while their families can rest or spend time with siblings.

After constant use, the Sensory Room needs a full renewal to bring more smiles and calm to children attending our clubs.

From 2-9 December, every donation made through the Big Give will be doubled, instantly doubling the impact of your gift.

Double your donation at the Big Give

Your donation will help to install new tactile, sensory equipment and create a safe, soothing environment where children can self-regulate and de-stress.

Visit the Big Give Christmas Challenge between 2-9 December and help us create a better sensory space for children with disabilities. Whatever you can give will make double the difference.

Last year, thanks to your generous donations, we were able to raise £7,935, which allowed us to improve accessibility and refresh the bedrooms at The Old Pheasantry, our new outdoor activity centre.

We hope you can support this year’s campaign. You can also support us by sharing this email with your friends and family or sharing our posts on social media.

Thank you for your support!
