If you are struggling with your mental health or finding it hard to cope, you’re not alone. Step Forward offers free support and social group activities for young people aged 17-30 with mental health and emotional wellbeing needs. Activities are planned in consultation with attendees and can include anything from creative projects, games, physical activities, and emotional wellbeing support and advice.

Meet like-minded people in a relaxed environment and take the first step towards looking after your emotional wellbeing.

We aim to:

• Reduce stigma around mental health
• Improve the emotional wellbeing of young people
• Help young people to feel happier, more confident and resilient
• Improve social networks, helping to combat loneliness and isolation
• Provide support with accessing volunteering and employment opportunities
