Want to feel healthier and lose weight in a way that lasts? Our 10-week Healthy Measures weight management course will help you develop the skills, motivation and confidence you need to lose weight and increase activity.
We will provide you with education and support so that you can take the first steps to improve your lifestyle and reduce your risk of developing health conditions such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

To make exercise a fun and easy part of your healthy routine, we offer free access to our gym and fitness classes throughout the course (Redhill courses only). It’s a great chance to explore different types of workouts and find something you enjoy.
