Whether you want to keep fit, lose weight, tone up or have fun – we have a fitness class to suit all levels and abilities.
Classes are based at the YMCA Sports and Community Centre in Redhill and are open to members and non-members. Our fitness classes are open to people aged 16+ unless otherwise stated.
Please remember to arrive up to 10 minutes before the class starts. Late arrivals (after the advertised class start time) will not be able to gain entry to the class.
