The Old Pheasantry is available for day and evening hire, providing a perfect setting for group activities.
Facilities
Use of the house: There is a living room, dining room and kitchen available to use inside the house
Grounds: Set on nearly 5 acres of land the gardens have a large open field, woodland to explore, fire pit and BBQ area.

Monday–Friday | 09:00-20:00
Price
£40 per hour
Meeting rate | £25 per hour (includes access to dining room, lounge & kitchen only)
Booking process
Send us an e-mail with details of what you would like to run at The Old Pheasantry, the number of people in your group and preferred dates and times using the button below.
If available, we will then send a booking form and terms & conditions for you to complete. If your dates are not available or the booking request is not suitable for our venue, we will be in touch.
Please complete and return the booking form.
An acknowledgement will be sent with an invoice to follow with full payment due 1 month prior to the stay.
Guidelines
Setup and Cleanup: Arrive 30 minutes early for setup and ensure all cleanup is completed by the end of your booking time.
Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels appropriate for a daytime setting and considerate of other venue users.
If you have specific requests, please mention these when you send your booking request
