Everyone’s story is different and there is nothing wrong with that.
Some of you may have found your fitness inspiration after watching your first episode of Baywatch. Some may have purchased their first Davina McCall DVD. However, there are some of you who are still yet to find your motivation. If that is the case, no problem at all. We can find it together!
Ever since I first watched Spiderman, I have had a love for exercise. 6-year-old Greg would dream of waking up looking like Toby Maguire.
But my story really starts when I had to stop playing football due to head injuries. My strength and conditioning coaches at Fulham always said to me, if football doesn’t work out, you have got to be a trainer! From the moment I had to hang up my boots, I made it my aim to help others reach their goals. No matter what they are.
If you want to get stronger, fitter, faster or simply want to lose a bit of weight and feel better about yourself, let’s get going!

Exercise is hard, I understand that. If it was easy, I’d be out of a job. I believe everyone should get some sort of exercise every day. Be it a walk, a run, a swim,
or a cycle. Get something done. Not only will it be beneficial for your physical wellbeing, it does wonders for your mental wellbeing too. We all have a reason
for exercising. My job is to help you turn that reason, into reality.
Do you have a specific goal in mind, but don’t know how to get there? I can help with that.
