This 10-week weight management course will help you develop the skills, motivation and confidence you need to lose weight and increase activity. We will provide you with education and support so that you can take the first steps to improve your lifestyle and reduce your risk of developing health conditions such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

Free access to the YMCA gym and fitness classes

To help physical exercise become an enjoyable part of your healthy lifestyle, we include free access to our gym and fitness classes for the duration of the course (Redhill courses only), giving you the chance to try out a variety of exercise styles to find the one that suits you.

Who can attend?

Adults (18+) with a BMI over 26 who are motivated and can commit to the 10-week course.

Wednesday mornings (11:30-13:00) or evenings (18:30-20:00)

£59.00 for the full 10-week course (payable online)
£20.00 for existing YMCA fitness members (please contact us to get the discount applied)
