Table tennis is an enjoyable and sociable sport that is gentle on the body but still fast-paced. Played at the higher levels, it’s one of the fastest sports around. But you don’t have to be a pro to get a good workout.
Table tennis is a great way to stay active, improve your reflexes and coordination, and challenge yourself mentally and physically. It’s also a low-impact sport, which means it’s easy on your joints and muscles. You can also play singles or doubles.
