All sessions are held at YMCA Horley Young People and Family Centre, The Old Fire Station, Albert Road, Horley, RH6 7JA (unless otherwise stated).

Child Health Drop-in

Café Milk
Mondays | 10:00–12:00 (term-time)

Relaxed café style breastfeeding drop-in. Antenatal mums, partners welcome too. Skilled, evidence-based support with infant feeding from an NCT breastfeeding counsellor and peer supporters.

Horley Youth Club
Mondays | 15:00–20:00 (term-time)

Free youth club in Horley! Chill out with friends or make new ones while enjoying film nights, games, crafts, cooking, listening to music, PlayStation and much more!

Beatz music session (neuro-diversity)
Mondays | 17:00-18:30 & 18:30-20:30 (term-time)

Citizen’s Advice
Tuesdays | 09:30-12:15

Free appointments with a friendly advisor to get support with many issues incl. relationship breakdown, benefits, housing, power of attorney, work, debt and consumer issues. Call the centre on 01293 775777 to book.

Rainbow Group
Tuesdays | 10:30-12:00 (term-time)

Drop-in play session for families with children under five with additional needs. An opportunity to meet other parents and get advice from an Early Support Keyworker.

The Be You Club!
Tuesdays | 15:15-16:45

A calm, safe environment including a range of activities and games for families with children aged 5–11 years promoting wellbeing and confidence. Siblings welcome. Includes a toasted snack and drink.

Wednesdays

Playtime
Wednesdays | 10:00–11:30 (term-time)

An invite-only play session run together with HomeStart East Surrey for parents/carers with children aged 0-5 years old. Families can be referred for one of the following reasons:

  • Social isolation
  • Mental health and Wellbeing
  • Enhancing child play opportunities
  • Support with play and child development
  • Bonding and attachment

Mini Movers
Thursdays | 09:45-11:15 (term-time)

A fun play session for parents with moving and crawling babies up to the age of 2 years who are ready to explore the world around them! If you feel you would benefit from this group, please speak to your health visitor or a family support worker at the centre so they can request a place for you.

Baby & Me
Thursdays | 13:00–14:30 (term-time)

A  relaxed and friendly session for new parents and their pre-walking (non-mobile) babies. Come along and meet other new parents whilst you and your baby explore sensory play using natural and everyday objects coupled with some fun action songs! Learn about play and early baby brain development whilst building your confidence as a new parent. If you feel you would benefit from this group, please speak to your health visitor or a family support worker at the centre so they can request a place for you.

WAVES (Wellbeing Awareness and Voice for East Surrey)
