This 10 week course combines weigh-ins, healthy living advice and physical exercise sessions. By joining these group sessions, we will help you develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to manage your weight more effectively.
Free access to gym and fitness classes
To help physical exercise become an enjoyable part of your healthy lifestyle, we include free access to our gym and fitness classes for the duration of the course, giving you the chance to try out a variety of exercise styles to find the one that suits you.
Who can attend?
Men and women (18+) with a BMI over 26 who are motivated and can commit to the ten week course.

The course runs for 10 weeks and takes place on Wednesdays with a choice of daytime or evening courses.
