This 10-week weight management course will help you develop the skills, motivation and confidence you need to manage your weight and increase activity. We will provide you with education and support so that you can take the first steps to improve your lifestyle and reduce your risk of developing health conditions such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

Free access to gym (from 12 April) and fitness classes (from 17 May)
To help physical exercise become an enjoyable part of your healthy lifestyle, we include free access to our gym and fitness classes for the duration of the course, giving you the chance to try out a variety of exercise styles to find the one that suits you.
Who can attend?
Men and women (18+) with a BMI over 26 who are motivated and can commit to the 6-week course.

The course runs for 10 weeks and takes place on Wednesday at the YMCA Sports and Community Centre in Earlswood with a choice of daytime or evening courses.
