We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic sessional workers to engage and inspire children and young people across our holiday, after-school and youth clubs at various locations in East Surrey and West Sussex.

Being a YMCA sessional worker is an excellent way to fit in a job around studies or other commitments, as the hours are very flexible. It’s a perfect summer holiday job! The experience gained can be invaluable when considering careers and university courses in areas such as medicine, teaching, social work, Early Years and many other people-focused jobs and professions.

Please be aware that due to a comprehensive recruitment process, for successful candidates, it will take approximately 4-6 weeks from the offer of employment being made until you are able to start work with us.
