Whether you want to keep fit, lose weight, tone up or have fun – we have a fitness class to suit all levels and abilities.
Classes are based at the YMCA Sports and Community Centre in Redhill and are open to members and non-members. Our fitness classes are open to people aged 16+ unless otherwise stated.

More than a gym…
A YMCA fitness membership helps to support our other charitable work in the community through our disability projects, supported housing and youth work.
Crèche
Y-Tots Crèche is temporarily closed but usually runs Monday to Friday from 09:15-11:15 throughout the year giving under 5’s a fun and safe place to play while you work out.
