Following the latest announcements made by the Government, we will be will be suspending our adult fitness activities from 9pm Friday 20 March. This includes the gym, exercise referral, sports activities and all group exercise classes.

Although the fitness centre will be closed our Health and Wellbeing team will still be offering fitness advice and guidance via our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts to help you retain your fitness and stay healthy.

Whether you want to keep fit, lose weight, tone up or have fun – we have a fitness class to suit all levels and abilities.

Classes are based at the YMCA Sports and Community Centre in Redhill and are open to members and non-members. Our fitness classes are open to people aged 16+ unless otherwise stated.

More than a gym…

A YMCA fitness membership helps to support our other charitable work in the community through our disability projects, supported housing and youth work.

Crèche and short stay childcare

Y-Tots Crèche runs Monday to Friday from 09:15-11:15 throughout the year giving under 5’s a fun and safe place to play while you work out.

Older children (reception class to age 12) can attend Y-Kids Drop In giving you time to enjoy a workout during the school holidays
