Do take advantage of our free training – not only will it ensure you are fully prepared for your challenge, but it will give you an opportunity to meet fellow challengers and the rest of the team.
We always advise you to do as much as you can in addition to our training programme – the more you do, the more you will really enjoy your experience!
A variety of ride options will be available on the following Sundays to ensure that training rides are tailored to each event.
Our next Sunday training session is on 15 April and will comprise three rides of various distances and speeds. The 30 mile ride is geared towards those of you taking on the Paris 3 day, but other rides will be suitable for those of you doing either the French 500 or Paris 2/1 day options. If you want a shorter ride at a slightly faster pace, if we have the numbers, we will offer that with the 30 mile option.
Each ride will leave the YMCA at 09:00 with refreshments available from 08:30 and will take in a tea stop, so please remember to bring some money. Weather is slightly warmer, but can still be chilly in the morning, so please do remember to layer up, wear gloves and of course, your helmets. To register your free place, click on the links below
