Our modern, air-conditioned fitness gym in Redhill offers a wide range of the latest equipment designed to improve your fitness and over 50 different fitness classes.
A variety of cardiovascular machines such as treadmills, steppers, rowing machines and stationary bikes will get your heart pumping. Our resistance machines will help you strengthen and tone your body, whilst a dedicated free weights area offers dumbbells, bench press, cable crossover and much more.
Our gym is fully-staffed. Our friendly, qualified instructors will discuss your fitness goals during your initial induction and create a personalised workout programme for you. This can include advice on weight loss, nutrition and lifestyle changes. More than a gym…
A YMCA fitness memberships helps to support our other charitable work in the community through our disability projects, supported housing and youth work.
Our fitness class programme runs over 50 classes a week and is filled with over 20 different types of classes to suit to all levels and all abilities. Y-Tots Crèche is open Monday to Friday from 09:15-11:15 throughout the year, giving you the chance to exercise while under 5’s are safely looked after by our caring team of qualified playworkers in the crèche.
Older children (reception class to age 12) can attend Y-Kids Drop In for an hour or two, giving you time to enjoy a workout during the school holidays.
Our therapy room offers both sports physiotherapy and massage to help relieve aches and pains and leave you feeling invigorated. Bookings must be made in advance.
