Youth Resettlement Officer | Redhill

Job purpose: To work in a customer centred, multi-disciplinary team delivering high quality support service, advice and guidance for residents at YMCA East Surrey to source suitable move-on accommodation, providing support, advice and long-term solutions through the private rented sector, social housing, mediation and resettlement.

Hours of work: 16 hours, days and working hours to be agreed upon appointment. Offered on a fixed term contract until 31st March 2024 with the possibility to extend.

Location: Post to be based at Hillbrook House, 68 Brighton Road, Redhill RH1 6QT

Salary / pay rate: £12,425 per annum

Annual leave: Four weeks (pro-rata) plus bank holidays. Holidays increase after two years’ service to a maximum of five weeks pro-rata after six years’ service. The holiday year runs from 1 April to 31 March each year.

Benefits: The post holder will be entitled to free use of the YMCA East Surrey fitness centre in Redhill and half price YMCA childcare for dependents.
